Hedwig Village

Roofs ONE follows all of the new Hedwig Village building standards for roofing which also address solar panels on roof systems (Chapter 14 Article III Division 2 Sec 14-82. Roof mounted solar panels are allowed. Ground mounted solar panels are prohibited. The roof mounted solar panels cannot be visible from the street facing elevations. In Hedwig Village, it's important to note all subcontractors must have their own permits, not just the roofing contractor. There are all many details that we, as experienced Hedwig Village roofers already know.

Hunters Creek

Roofs ONE is a registered roofing contractor with the City of Hedwige Village.  Beginning March of 2022, the City of Hunters Creek is changing the approved roofing building codes from 2015 IRC and 2015 IECC to 2018 IRC and 2018 IECC.

Building permit for re-roofing is $70, requires 1 inspection and since we are registered with Hunters Creek and the other Memorial Villages, it's our pleasure to complete your roof project.

Piney Point Village

Piney Point Village adheres to the roof standards set forth within the 2018 IRC and the 2018 IECC versions of the Building Codes.

Bunker Hill Village

Roofs ONE is registered with the Memorial Villages. Bunker Hill Village has strict roofing contractor hours. Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm. Saturday 8am to 5pm and No Roofing work is allowed on Sundays nor on City Holidays.

Hilshire Village

Hilshire Village has adopted the 2018 IRC and the 2018 IECC as the roofing building code standards. Re-roofing permits cost $240. Roofing permits are required on all residential roofing projects where more than 25% of sq ft surface area is being re-roofed.

Spring Valley

Spring Valley Code of Ordinances § 3.117 - Wood Shingles, Shakes, and Siding "(b)Wood shingles and shakes are not allowed, shall not be allowed as an alternative material, and shall not be installed or used on any structure, whether incident to new construction, re-roofing, or any other roofing related maintenance of any kind.(c)Replacement roofing, or siding, whether associated with remodeling, additions, total or partial roof or siding replacement, or ordinary roof or siding maintenance, shall be composed of non-wooden materials only, and shall be visually comparable, such as Hardishingle or other fiber-cement shingle siding.
